Holiday Shipping Schedule

During the holiday season Bianciwatches.com offers same day shipping on most orders for in-stock merchandise if we receive and process your credit card order before 5:00 pm PST Monday through Friday. Credit card orders for in-stock merchandise received after 4:00 p.m. PST Friday, on a weekend day or a holiday will begin processing the next business day.

International Shipments Resource Center

Bianciwatches.com gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. There is a single charge of $39.99 for any destination.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Same Day Shipping

Timely Delivery

Please note that overnight delivery on credit card orders for in-stock merchandise processed before 4:00 p.m. PST on Fridays will be delivered on Monday as the next business day unless you select Saturday delivery for an additional charge. Please consult with your Sales Associate for details.

Standard Return Policy

Bianciwatches.com will gladly accept the return of new, unused, and undamaged merchandise within 30 days from delivery date.

The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase and the original copy of the warranty, as well as the original docu mentation and packaging; otherwise the return will not be honored. Original condition means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the watch and the security tags are still attached. The watch must not have been sized or altered in any way.

You must obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) from Bianciwatches.com before returning the merchandise. We will not accept any returned merchandise without an RA number. Returns must be shipped via a prepaid traceable carrier, such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. In case of loss or damage, the custo mer is liable.

Watch Warranty

Bianciwatches.com Limited Warranty
Bianciwatches.com provides warranty coverage of three years from the date of purchase on all of its BIANCI and LE CHATEAU watches. Our warranty covers the watch move me nt and battery replace me nt for the ti me period stated and excludes: watch case, watch bracelet, straps, crown/stem, crystal/glass, finishes, damage caused by excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, and damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations. All shipping and handling costs in connection with warranty service are the responsibility of the custo me r. This warranty is valid only at Bianciwatches.com. Improper repair or warranty service perfor me d by so me one other than Bianciwatches.com will void this warranty. Warranty Service Instructions:

When sending in your watch for warranty service, please include the following:

Your name
Original invoice number
Detailed description of the problem
Your return address, phone number and e-mail address
RA #

 

All warranty or repairs will be charged a base fee of $10.00 ($39.95 for international custo mers) for processing the request. You must contact us to obtain a RA number before sending your watch in for service. Please pack your watch in its original packing materials for shipping via a reliable, trackable carrier, such as FedEX, UPS or USPS. All shipping costs are your responsibility. For your protection, you should insure your watch for at least its purchase price. Any checks or money order should be made payable to: ROBERTO BIANCI WATCH.
